Natasha Elías, known as Tashi, is an actress, writer, and creative embodiment coach, with a raw blend of humor, ferocity, and a passion for magical realism. Her writing is often marked by dark humor that explores the complexities of modern life, particularly for indigenous cultures. Her mother is Peruvian and her father was Argentinean/Jewish. She grew up in Miami where she learned made up words in Spanglish and how to connect with people from all over the world. Her father was an energetic pendulum healer from the mountains of Cordoba, Argentina. She believes to have the same spectrum of dynamic creative curiosities as her father and brings a depth of expertise to her ability as a creative embodiment coach. She has helped hundreds of actors, creatives, entrepreneurs, and pro athletes find their voice through her courageous guidance and expansive modalities learned through her years of theater, movement, and indigenous esoteric studies.
She graduated from New World School of the Arts with a BFA in Theater. Her original one-woman show, ‘Love Frantic’ was toured in various theaters including the United Solo Theater Festival in NY. She co-created the comedy series 'Natushka & Elena' with AwesomenessTV and was nominated at Indie Fest for Best Supporting Actress and Best Dark Comedy for her original film, ‘The Get Over It Guru’. You can catch her in Season 3 in the role of Giselle of The Cleaning Lady (FOX), Gabriella Mariposa in the upcoming film MOLAR, the supporting role of Ana in TOM CLANCY GHOST RECON on (AMAZON), GENTEFIED on (NETFLIX), DOLLFACE on (HULU), and as a lead in the multi-award-winning short, OFFISDE.
In addition to her coaching expertise, Tashi’s diverse cultural background and high awareness of the needs of people from different backgrounds and class levels make her coaching to be a profoundly safe container to safely release stored trauma in the body while also learning valuable tools to bring to the craft of performance.
